Select all the clip slots that have their Stop button removed, right click and choose "Add Stop Button."

That's project-specific information that must be saved with a project as far as I know.Dpkg wrote:yes of course i know! but my problem is that the removed stop button are not removed when i drag a live set on an open project!stringtapper wrote:Select all the clip slots that have their Stop button removed, right click and choose "Add Stop Button."

Re: LIVE 8.1 CLIP STOP BUTTON PROBLEM!!!
I just ran a test both in Live 6 and 8.1. Seems like dragging the set or a track from it to the Tracks Title Bar does carry over the deleted stop buttons, while dragging them in the Clip/Device Drop Area doesn't. Works the same on both versions.

Good catch. The difference is subtle, but dragging a Live set over the clip area is like "just dragging these clips there", whereas dragging a Live set over the track header area is like "merge this Live set there", which includes the stop buttons.

I've noticed this behavior only in Live 8.1, previously dragging a Live set on the clip area would include also the stop buttons (since Live 6)

Ah sorry, I got confused. You're right, and I reported this as a bug. I'm not remembering any reason for changing that.
