Syncing up Traktor and ableton live Global BPM Matching

Hey I have an interesting question for someone who may know my crew and I have a crazy PA set up, there is 4 of us 2 using traktor and 2 using live 8 now is there a way we can hook up or communicate between computers to have a global solid syncing between either the 2 laptops with ableton the two laptops with traktor or best case all 4 of em. I have posted this in the Traktor forum too But like do you guys have any idea on how something like this could be or can be done/?
