nope, does nothing

I'm on the 4.0.xxxx beta where it does bring up a bookmark manager.
Chrome is waaaay faster than FF all tabs are sandboxed processes, and FF (even the new 3.6) keeps crashing. I do have a dodgy MoBo on this computer but Chrome doesn't crash.

I've been using Chrome on my windows machine pretty much since it came out. I like how it just stays out of the way.

However it SUCKS ASS for Flash support. Flash movies constantly crash it for me. And not just the current tab like is advertised, but the entire browser instance.

I think this might only be in the beta: (see no reason why not to use the beta works fine and crashes less than FF here YMMV)

When you rip off a tab and move it to the right/middle you get an icon of 2 browsers side by side, let go of the mouse and you get 2 browsers side-by-side. Fucking nifty!

Loads of sites use it and it's been used here for ages -> http://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=92348 - just don't allow it in noscript if you don't like it (I don't allow it - one of the reasons I love noscript).

That's actually one of the main reasons I use no-script....google analytics is everywhere.

I'm sure I've given The Man a pretty in-depth psychological profile here on the forum. 8O

I'll worry about Google AFTER they wipe Microsoft off the map

I honestly don't find Chrome 'waaaaayyyy' faster on my machine, it's barely any quicker than FF3.6 on my machine - it opens about 1/10th of a second faster and is similarly faster on processing pages in my experience. That's about one blink of an eye and not enough to lose sleep over.

Safari is still the fastest on my machine, but FF has the best compatibility.

This is on my Core2Duo laptop, with NVidia 9400M graphics, 4GB 800 Mhz DDR and 32 bit Vista Ultimate SP2 and intel wifi chip on Rogers cable internet.

I don't understand about "dethroning" Microsoft. Microsoft has been a godsend with the PC. There are other browsers out there, as there have always been. Use them if you want but there is nothing to be gained in dethroning Microsoft. Actually, I hope they make Explorer better and crush Google "No freedom of the press in China" Chrome.
