What was your favorite album purchase of 2009 in retrospect

Mine would have to be Arve Henriksen - Cartography.
Absolutely beautiful from start to finish.
What was yours ?
Somewhere between a rock and a hard place is actually nowhere.

Saw them live last month, best rock gig I've been to in years, my ears were still ringing the next morning. Forgot how good Grohl was on the drums.

Genghis Tron: "Board Up the House"
really interesting material, but too depressive to my ears. Worth a few listening sessions anyway :D

I was a year behind in buying it but I bought Vampire Weekend's debut album in 2009 and it is a pure classic.
