Midi rotary range filtering

Hi guys,

Im trying to map my APC's Track Control rotary #1 to the clip start point.
Only thing is that it skips 2/3 measures instead of 1 when I turn the knob.

If i map my headphone cue knob, it skips 1 measure just like I want
except I dont want to lose my cue knob How can I map my rotary to skip just 1 measure?

Nobody? Anything? Ive tried it with Midi Translator but it wouldnt work because I cant divide the
127 rotary steps to anything less than 1 because of midi restrictions.
