I already got it. It's soundmangling possibilities are freakishly mindboggling. What a loop generator for live this is!
Hard: G5 2*2mhz, 2,5 mb, PB15 1,5MHZ, 1,5 mb, fw410, BCR2000, Korg mikrokontroll, GI20 midi guitar, variax500, Soft: osx 10.4.1: NI Komplete, Ohmforce complete, Pluggo,zebra, filterscape, etc

i've been playing around with it as well. big fan of Metasynth for years now. so awesome to finally have it on OS X. it's a seriously underrated sound design tool. with Photoshop it's a total monster.

Is fighting of very strong urges too sell XP lappy and get iMac 1.8ghz with LogicPro , Live + Metasynth (how does it run on a Mac mini peeps ? ) :D ............. drooooooooooooooooooool

screw getting just the mini. get both!! use the iMac (or a PB) as your main box and then hook up the Mini via firewire as a "Logic Node", now you got some booYAH processing power. LOL.

man i wish Ableton would develope a "node" functionality, i would love to have a stack of MacMini DSP's with ultra low latency :D

I'm on mac with Logic and Live. I won't even download the demo of Metasynth for fear I'll want to buy it.
I need an Ozonic and 1.5 ghz powerbook before I can think of software again. :twisted:

Or at least make PDC so pc users can use stuff like FX Teleport.

Picked up the (70MB!) demo last night... been a long time since I've used it, but yeah, it's a crazy effin' ton of inspiration. Love the idea of piping it into Live, will give that a try.

Any room left on that card? Hmmm...
