Any photography dorks out there?

Post by muthafunka » Tue Feb 16, 2010 3:00 am

OK, even if you're not such a dork, anyone like shooting and have a Flickr etc page?
Pure amateur here but I'll get the ball rolling anyways, criticism/hints always welcome

I've come from a bad tradition of photo taking laziness. One time my mom developed a finished roll of film in her camera and it had pictures from 2 of my birthdays. That's how infrequent pictures were taken.

Nice shots Shai, looks like you have some Lightroom chops too. Love the hazyness and blown out white sun, really reminds me of Europe.

Ben and Boab, very impressed. Ben, you shooting mostly with the Leica? Looks like some tone-curve tweaking or is that my imagination? Love the colour and focus in the Leica shots.
You both make me feel very amateur haha

Used to be one, but I've stopped carrying my camera in my backpack; it simply stole too much time from my other hobbies. If
you've got hobbies just for the sake of passing time, it's no problem, but when you're actually trying to get some results
out of your Live sessions, something has gotta give.

Nowadaze, I usually just bring my camera for vacations.
