Ableton 1/32 - 1/64

Post by Growtg » Tue Feb 23, 2010 10:16 pm

Hello people.

I was just wondering , since i never had this problem.
I was good with having 1/32 and placing everything great.
But now for drums i need the 1/64 or even more...is this possible???
Or the the Ableton 8 has this feature , because i use Ableton 7???

Any thoughts on this?

how/where are you programming notes?

do take a look at the manual, you know this is a really basic question. ;)

play with the ctrl-1, ctrl-2, ctrl-3, ctrl-4 keyboard shortcuts, you can also set it in the menus, forget where.

Right-click on the grid to select a different grid value. If you choose "narrowest", the resolution will go up to 1/16384 as you zoom into the grid.

Think about how happy you'd have been if you had the drive to look in the manual and find the answer for yourself ;)
It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.
