The Hard and Extreme tracks are just ridiculously difficult, but still fun. It's a 2d side-scroller in a 3d high-def environment. The physics in the game are insane as well!

And the best part....you can create your own tracks using the very extensive editor function, and share tracks with friends. The track editor is robust...they used it to create the tracks in the game.

Not bad for a $15 download.
+1 That game is awesome!! Another xbox live arcade game that is different, but on par with Trials for quality is Serious Sam. FPS thats super fun and can be played 4 player Co-op.

And COD:MW2 for Xbox360 is my all time favorite!

Ok, so I finally got into Fallout 3...I have an old roomie who is working for Obsidian, the company who is putting out the next Fallout (New Vegas), and he says it's just awesome, so I had to give Fallout another try.

So far, I haven't stuck to the main mission at all, and it's proven to still be interesting. Any comments on the expansion packs for FO3, anyne?

I liked Mothership Zeta because it was so different from the rest of the game. The Pitt was definitely my favorite of the bunch though.

I really need to re-buy F:O3 and the expansion packs, if only to put it in the cupboard and wait until I've got time to play it! Easily the best game I played in 2009 (Batman came a very close second, though).

Playing Bioshock 2 right now, with designs on Heavy Rain and Final Fantasy 13 once it's done. I've Borderlands on the go, Darksiders - which was OK but I never finished - and COD:MW2 which was great but again I've no desire to play it through twice.

Trading-in time, methinks!

Get her to play Fable II, worked for my GF - she's now a true gaming junkie (finished Dragon Age multiple times and plays Mass Effect now). I now have a lot more time for myself...
