I used to work with the PadK, but some pads became too sensitive, and are triggered randomly when I hit the neighbors, making the controller too annoying to be of any use.
That's why it is waiting for a solution down there...

Nice clear set up. What are the speakers you have. I want to add a bass bin and am interested to know if what ever you have is a goody.
Also where did you get the stand which the laptop is on?
Cheers

The speakers are two CMS 65 and one CMS Sub from Focal : http://www.focalprofessional.com/
I am really proud of them, I took some reflexion time before buying my monitors, and I really think that they were the best choice form me.
The fidelity really seems extraordinary to my ears, I strongly recommend them.

The stand is a LStand from Odyssey : http://www.odysseygear.com/products/sku/lstand.html

Nice! You have the best 'clean' set up so far!
Bought an Xpander about a year ago, haven't even begun to tap it's potential.
At some point a modular, I like the size of yours. 8)

Yes, I've already put in this thread some picture, but my setup has evolved a little bit and I'm in a new flat now.

Thanks for your comments on my setup 8)

The Xpander is my "only" hardware polyphonic synth. I've bought it 10 years ago and it was not still cheap. I find the interface really quick and easy to use. The multimode filter is always amazing and the modulation matrix very powerful. But the envelopes are not very fast (most of the modulation sources are digital). The analog modular is a"dream come true" for me as I've learned to use synths with this kind of instruments (Roland System 100M, Kobol RSF, EMS AKS) in a research studio (http://www.grame.fr). But I think that the size of my modular will expand a little during next year.

I love rats!!! My sister & I raised them kids. Such smart little creatures, & each one had a unique personality. Plus they communicate through ultrasonics!

They die too quickly though, things that smart and friendly shouldn't only live 2 1/2 years on average.
