How do I rewire to a synth? I cant find any wires on the back of the computer. I tried reading this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wire but it says nothing about the "re" wires.

Hi there ChrisIhao,

I was baffled by this also, but once you grasp the basic concept,
like I did through the swift and friendly answers provided by the helping hands of this wonderful forum,
it all becomes clear and easy:

you can only re-wire synths that you previously un-wired!

hope this helps, and yeah they really should put that in the manual

Hi Malutki. I did what you said. I opened my synth (phu, a lot of screws) then removed all the wires. I obviously didnt remove the power cable.

Now I cant seem to even play tones or change banks. Hmm. This is so hard!

PS: I hope you understood that I was joking in my previous post as well. If not I'm sorry for wasting your time/not being obvious enough. I appreciate the concern though. I know rewiring well through several years of use, and I just love it Have good day (here its sunny and things are looking up)
