Sync Ableton projects in two computers?

Post by xenomachino1 » Wed May 05, 2010 3:42 pm

Is there a way to do this? Other than manually copying projects from one to the other?

I would want to keep my sample folder in sync and my ableton projects, hopefully with my airport through my home network.

I like taking projects on the road, and also bringing them back and continuing them on my home computer.

I have an i5 imac and a 13" macbook pro. Both running the latest Live and Snow leopard.

That's what I use.

DropBox is free (for 2GB of space) and easy, plus you can get up to 8GB of space for free by referrals (you each get 250MB for using the link).

:D
I don't 'produce.' I write music.

+1 for dropbox.
You can also revert back to previously saved versions of files, which has the potential to save an ass or two.
