Hello Everyone!
Hello Everyone!
Hi there!
I'm Nico and i'm a 23 year old half spanish and half austrian nerd who lives in Vienna.
2 weeks ago i met an old friend again who's some kind of a local DnB dj.
he showed me Ableton and how he does music with it.
since then i've spent every single free hour sitting in front of Ableton live
I play the piano, love all kinds of percussion instruments and now one thing more to love , ableton.
its amazingly simple and intuitive, so much better compared to other programs i saw some time ago.
thats why i never actually tried to do "electric" music by myself.
now that changed . i've already learned a lot reading in your forum, and i thought maybe its time to start writing as well.
so hello again, and thanks for that wonderful program you guys wrote/support/work with.
and to prove i'm not lying, hers the first wav that came out
its DnB i guess,...
click for "song"
its pretty messy i know^, i still have no idea how to do any "mastering" work.
@ 2min is my fav part
well i guess thats all for now! just wanted to say hi
so long! ch33rs!

Re: Hello Everyone!
i actually thought about opening a thread, but i'll probably get killed, dunno^^
so ill just write it here-
Rest In Peace Paul Gray, Bassplayer and Co-founder of Slipknot,... (dont know if anyone here listens to "metal").
besides Bach and Current Value, i've listened to a lot of metal, and i still do.
and as pathetic as it sounds metal really helped me more than anything else during my "rampage" years xD
so again RIP one of my old 9 idols...

This thread is more about Slipknot non-lovers, but metalheads here for sure, and this forum hosts some of us metal maniacs
don't be afraid of posting about what you like in The Lounge. Maybe you'll find the tone a bit harsh some times, but be sure it's allways irony, and lots of fun,
cheers
