Seeing my M4L device in the clip envelope device chooser

Hello,

I cant see my new M4L device in the clip envelope chooser?? After creating a new device in Max and inserting onto a MIDI track I am unable to select it for automation in side a clip.

The confusing thing is that it is available in the arrange view along with all of its parameters.

I have tried creating the device as a Max instrument and a Max audio effect but still the same problem.

Anyone experienced this????

You where right, I needed to go to view>parameters window in Max and then change a few things.

Problem solved!
