live formant shifting?

Does anyone know how to do this via plugins? The waves UltraPitch Shift can do it but there is massive latency when using on my computer (and I rarely experience latency on my computer).

Grain delay with very short delay times and no feedback.

what about vocoder? i have no clue, but there is a knob labeled "formant". cheers!
