"Serious Program Error"

Post by linzatti » Sun Apr 24, 2005 11:56 am

Hi...

I got quite a serious problem. Sometimes when I load songs on my studio computer Live displays the message " Serious Program Error - You should try to save the file under save as suing another name" after that message it's hard to open the song again. This problem occur like every fifth time I open a song.

However, the strange this is that it never happens on my other computer. Does anyone know the reason for Lives illbehaviour?

thanks

/staffan

No, since my computer's not connected to the Internet I use the drivers supplied by my motherboard developer (ASUS). Do you think I should update my drivers? Frankly I'm quite scared of putting my Studio-PC on the Internet because of all the chit-chat about virus and junk.

you could download the updated drivers on a different pc (not your studio pc) and burn them to cdr and them load them onto your studio pc. definitely a good idea to keep your drivers updated. andrew
