I checked out the youtube videos and I gotta say that this looks mighty indeed. Gonna give the demo a drive. What features were added in the beta?

Can Nerve record drums or is it limited to the mouse-driven pattern sequencing? The PDF doesn't seem to mention this.

This thread shouldn't be called nerve vs maschine. Maschine's strength lies it it's Hardware based workflow, can't compare the two.

hate to say this but steve duda's nerve has made me decide to sell maschine.i know alot of you will laugh and think im crazy but nerve is great for making those flying lotus type beats within minutes.its almost too easy.i just bought it last night and started playing with it an hour ago.check out the demo and be prepared to be blown away.ive already put maschine on craigs list for 450.

far be it from me to question your motives but why wouldn't the great John Gordon himself use the most
perfect controller maschine to control Nerve? I've thought of this myself and let the folks on the ni forum
know just how wonderful it would be for them to tightly integrate maschine with nerve.

I have both, both great bits of kit but i will say NERVE is even better in the beta version, it has so many new and better features then the current official release
