Assigning a button to the "reset-triangle"

Post by Rabalder » Tue Feb 02, 2010 8:50 am

Some parameters in ableton has a little triangle-button you can click on to reset them.. Pan, transpose, speed, etc..
You should be able to assign a button to the "reset-triangle" alone, so you can assign a knob for twisting AND a button for resetting..
As of now, you can only program a button to send a CC message that corresponds with the settings for the knob assignd to it. But this just almost resets it back to zero. You never get closer than 0,05 or something like that. When changing the speed in LOOPER, its impossible to get it back to zero without touching the mouse..
