samples saved when upgrade?

when upgrading from live lite to live 8, do all your downloaded samples,loops, plug-ins automatically get re assigned to live 8. if not, what's the deal to get them all on board?

With the usual upgrades everything is A-U-T-O-M-A-T-I-C. Suppose the same goes for lite to live..
