i have some audioclips in a track and midi notes assigned to trigger these clips.
is it possible that live records this trigger notes for later edit of the performance.

i want to use an audiotrack with clips like a sampler but a midi track can't trigger the clips right?

hey,

had an UC-16 running on os9.2.2... yeah. I reckon that os 9 is a bit weird with USB midi devices, sometimes my G3 ibook would recognise it either.

If you can, go up to OSX. it solved all those USB midi problems for me.

Post subject: 1 bar delayed start in Live 2?

Hi

When Live 1.5 is stopped and you launch a clip by clicking on it, Live begins playing with the clip playing straight away. In the 2.0 beta versions (both) it seems to wait for a bar before playing the clip. ie the sequencer starts playing and the clip plays on the NEXT bar.

Is this ignorant operator error? Am I missing something vital?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
