How many more plugin threads can we take before I go and f***ing top myself.

There are already a couple recently and about 2,367 in the time I've been on the boards.

The continual list of plugins named is just like watching Groundhog Day. There is a SEARCH function on the boards, which can be helpful for this type of thing.

Anyway, since I'm here I'm going to say Sonalksis, DMG Equality (EQ), Cytomic The Glue, Arturia, Voxengo (esp Elephant v3) U-He and most Native Instruments stuff. For freeware or cheap, Jeroen Breebart, Bootsy (Variety Of Sound) and DDMF (equalizers), Smartelectronix and the Greenoak Crystal Synth.

Now I am going to search out a bottle of pills and swallow the lot washed down with a bottle of neat vodka if another of these threads pops up. Seriously ...

Does it really matter to you all if someone wants to post a new thread for plug-in recommendations here? Let's try not to be nasty about it, please.

No nastiness, just pragmatism. I was actually joking, most people would get that !

David, with respect, you've been frequenting these boards for a couple of weeks. I've been here 4 years and no word of a lie, we get about several of these threads every month and the exact same responses. You might as well make the plugin thread a sticky to prevent wasting bandwidth and duplication.

If you think I'm nasty, you ain't seen nothing yet, I'm a veritable ray of sunshine compared to some users on this forum, especially in The Lounge, which can get like the Wild West sometimes (and is both fun and potentially horrifying because of this).

Regards.

JAMM - do we need to have a new VST ticker flashing across the bottom of the message board then with prices changing in realtime for sales, like a stock market ticker ? KVR is a good place to go for plugins.
