Proteus X multiple outs - can use all but first one

Hi,

wonder if anyone can reproduce this:

I am using Proteus X v1.5 VSTi with Live 4.1.2. I have set the number of VST output buses to 16 (one for each MIDI channel). I add Proteus X to a MIDI track and then route its individual outputs to separate audio tracks to use Live's audio effects on them. However, I can only see outputs 2...16 in the "Audio From" selector. So where's the first bus? Previously I used Cubasis VST 5 which sees all the outputs of Proteus X just fine in the mixer.
