The Bridge Mixtape - saving ALS files in different folder?

Post by puzl » Sun Dec 05, 2010 8:32 pm

Is there any way to change the default location of where Serato saves the Mixtape project files? My laptop probably doesn't have enough free hard drive space to store a full mixtape session, and before I go through and delete tons of stuff, I'd rather just save the set to my external drive.

for those that have already recorded a full mixtape session (around 45 minutes or so), how large did your project end up being? I did a test for about 30 seconds, and it was already like 50MB

Also, is there a way to disable recording SP6 info? It keeps outputting 2 extra AIF's that are completely empty because I'm not using the sampler when recording

to anyone else wondering, the answer is no ... there is no way currently to change either the record path for mixtape, or to disable recording the SP6. they are hopefully going to address this soon. kinda shocked this was released with such basic file maintenance functionality omitted. oh well, maybe the next version will be better.
