Re: RIP LoopStationZebra
LSZ would like those who care to know that they can reach him at his username @ gmail.
Regardless of what anyone might think of his antics the guy is a music tech junkie like most of us and has some knowledge to share, especially regarding live looping performance.

Re: RIP LoopStationZebra
I think part of the issue is this emphasis on humor. It's a tricky area because one person's idea of humor is another person's annoyance. The larger issue is the extended arguments that can get mean and nasty. That's part of a much wider problem of people's skewed sense of online social norms and boundaries. I'm sure many a thesis has been written about that subject. It's always unfortunate when someone gets banned. It does puzzle me that someone might find raunchy jokes and repetitive arguments to be the most important aspect of a music forum, but hey, whatever trips your trigger. (That's an attempted joke by the way).
Where I draw the line at is any homophobic, racist, or sexist statements that people wouldn't even try to get away with in public, but that very rarely happens, almost never. Trolling and arguing is apparently what some guys think the the internet is for. Everyone blows a gasket from time to time, I just skip ahead to the next post or thread.
I'm glad the moderator issued a statement and said that anyone is welcome back. Let's just try to keep it civil, I guess. Net neutrality aside, the internet is still what we make it.

Re: RIP LoopStationZebra
Whoa.
I just had the strangest dream.
I died a horrible death and waiting for me in hell were *individual names withheld*. They relentlessly spanked my bare bottom over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. Laughing maniacally the whole time. There were diapers and beer involved.
Then a handful of other chaps joined in - laughing and singing and high-fiving one another as my bottom got redder and redder.

New mandate says I must include at least one sentence with that. <-

You ascended the bowls of hell. Nice work.
You've got something on your chin there... Should wipe right off though.

If you keep sweet talking me like that I'll let you lick it off. But only if you keep sweet talking me. I do have standards, you know.

I couldn't just click the link, get the joke and move on. No. I had to watch the whole thing and then let it lead me to other Village People tracks.Cryptic UK wrote:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CS9OO0S5w2k
My God, how were they ever so big. They're all the exact same cheesy song with different lyrics. By comparison it makes Electro House sound like a palette of eclectic sounds that defies pigeon holing.

This is just like that season of Dallas when Patrick Duffy came back from the dead....
So - which one of you walked in on him in the shower?
