The ILive is being used as a glorified stereo DI Box!! - all the mixing is happening on a Tapco Mix60!!! 8)

the ilive looks real cool. i have been thinking of getting one. do you think it makes sense in a studio setup as well? cause everybody says its rathar 4 live gigs...
how is the quality of the eq and dynamics section?
The iLive isn't mine. It was installed in the theatre this photo was taken in - and I was only using is a DI box.

I'm sure the EQ and dynamics sections are probably rather wonderful!!

Looks like a monome 64. Possibly the grayscale version.

Is that sitting in a plain flight case? Where did you get it, and how do you keep equipment in place when you pack it up to move?

Have you ever had the opportunity to compare it to a Moog or Electrix filter?

Nice stands for the Korg & APC40.

Well, it's a rockcase from Warwick.
RC23020

Fits my gear perfectly and serves as a really nice table with a keyboard stand under it.

Velcro(is that what it is called) is holding it. It's the same thing guitar players are using for their pedals.

and yes, you just put on the lid and you are good to go =)

I love the filter a lot. I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to compare the others to this. This is my first piece of Analog gear. I found it on Yahoo Auction here in Japan and it was much cheaper than I usually see it go for so I HAD to snatch it up! I have my MPC2000 and Technics hooked up to it It's really cool to play with. Everything on the left side of my set up I sometimes connect to the MPC for an all hardware setup. It's tons of fun to make songs but a little bit of a bitch to set up.

Thanks! but I need to get something better for the APC-40, my brother-in-law tripped over it and fucked up the USB connection on the PCB.
