The new Torq 2 looks really, really good

Post by silveriofunk » Wed Feb 16, 2011 3:48 pm

It looks like the guys from AVID worked really hard on this one. It looks great, the effects sound pretty good and it has rewire so you can have it working with ableton live in two seconds flat. first time i used it, no manual, i'm really impressed since the old one never felt like a pro's tool.

Anyone has already tried it?

Not according the Djtechtools.com

I downloaded the demo and it crashed on me. But it is great that you can use it via plugin instead of smartmixing

If I were in the market for I'd go with traktor 2 after the bugs gets sorted out
In a K induced Haze (the old K kind not the special K kind ), but an Asian spizz can sometimes bring me out! If ya don't get it, ya never will.

the old torq worked pretty well except some latency on the vinyl, 1 crash in 2 years, i play 4 hours sets almost every friday.

i miss the artwork, i don't understand why they didn't implement trax artwork like everybody else!!!
