what cables to get for yamaha hs80 monitors???

I just bought the yamaha hs80 studio monitors and am stumped on what kind of cables to get, to connect it to my audio kontrol 1 soundcard? If anyone could post a link to the cables i should get i would really appreciate it. Thank you

I purchase all my cables at Monoprice.com. Extremely well built and priced so low that you'd never buy another cable at a retail store like Bestbuy. What you need is a XLR Male to 1/4inch TRS Male cable (pair). They have them at different lengths and priced at $3.50 for the shortest (1.5ft.) and $15+ for the longest (50ft.). I have 2 of the 6ft. ones ($4.47/each) that i'm using to connect my soundcard's main outs to a pair of Dynaudio BM6AMKII's.

be careful when using a subwoofer. you can seriously mess up your bottom end if you don't locate it properly.

tip from sound on sound -

Placement of your subwoofer is important. Finding the right place is a matter of getting down on your hands and knees, moving around and listening to some well-recorded bass, with the sub in your normal listening position. When you've found where it sounds best, relocate the sub there.
