Hi all,
I currently use Ableton Live 7 and my MPD24 for live performances, but at the moment my mapping is as follows: a button for triggering each track (+ some one-shots), knobs and faders for effects, tempo, etc.
I was just wondering - a lot of people do live beatmaking, using many of the pads just for one track (ie, a pad for the kick, the snare, track changes, etc etc). Does anyone know how i could map Ableton to allow this? There definitely isnt enough buttons to play live beatmaking for a long set, so there must be some tricky way to program the mapping.
Can anyone help me out? Greatly appreciated!
