I've said so many good things about Live last week so, I deserve at least 32%.
Can't wait to get the mail. For the first time since M4L was released I actually found a use for it that would solve a problem in my studio. Odd though - can't download any demo though.

Are you unable to get the demo from the site? You can download it here: http://www.ableton.com/trial.

Make sure that you also download max from Cycling 74: http://www.cycling74.com/download. You need Max installed to run Max for Live (note that you do not, however, need to start Max - the communication between Live and Max will happen automatically).

For me it's not possible to download the demo of M4L. It asks me to contact customer service. Which I did. Maybe they are trying to figure out a special rebate for me? Yes, that's the only logical explanation

Suite owners get the same 30% discount of course; I have to admit that a 50% discount would be fair, given that it's free for new Suite buyers.

I imagine that the Abes are unlikely to re-consider at this late stage, especially if even one Suite owner takes the 30%. I'll also say that I might have actually coughed up the 50%, but not the 70% (waiting instead for a few more months, when it might come free)
