i noticed when i resample 2 clips into one it ends up be more quiet then it was when i play them both together before resampling.. do i need to frequency split, compress and eq properly for my resampled track to come out with full volume or quality...

learn the gain structure of Live. I imagine your Master track was turned down because your monitors are turned up.
