Verifying for ableton/ableton customer care

I got ableton in the mail via amazon. I got the educational version and needed to verify my student status with ableton. I shot them an email on thursday and its currently sunday and they have not sent a confirmation email yet.. Does anyone know whether or not their customer care is active or if its just the weekend/holiday which is why i got no response? Thanks.

Ableton Customer Care is available Monday through Friday, with limited support on weekends and holidays.
If they haven't gotten back to you yet, this is likely due to the Easter holiday.
Either way, you should hear from them soon.
