Do you spend more time making music or on the inter-webz?
Do you spend more time making music or on the inter-webz?
That's the question. To narrow it down even further, do you spend more time lurking the Live forums or actually creating music?

The only time I'm ever on this forum is usually when I'm at work or when I'm watching TV with my lady. As soon as I sit down at my machine to make my music, that's all I do.

Overall, probably web since I'm online for 8-10hrs a day at work.
Whenever I'm at home I'm usually at my computer, and whenever I'm at my computer I pretty much always have Ableton open with a project/idea I'm futzing around with, and then go about internet-y business in between tracking/tweaking/playing with Live.
Lots of times I'll have a synth track armed and be playing my MIDI keyboard with my left hand while I'm clicking and scrolling with my right. Have come up with a few seriously inspired melodies/loops this way, not to mention gotten more left-hand dexterity on the keys.

yeah. i've started multi tasking too, especially when working on a mix. things that need fixing tend to jump out a lot more when your attention is divided between the music and the web.
