TouchOSC + Ableton

I've searched the forums and the net, and not really found an answer, so I must be typing in the wrong keywords.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to get Ableton to send data to TouchOSC?

I'm using all latest versions of Ableton, TouchOSC, OSCulator. I can control Ableton stuff with TouchOSC fine, but I'm looking to try and get TouchOSC to read the values of faders in Ableton for example, so that they are always in sync.

Any ideas?
