Is the academic priced version of Live upgradeable?

I mean, when the Live 3.0 comes out, will I be able to upgrade an academic version? If so, will it be for the same price as the regular version of Live?

Hello Agnishvatta,
sure you will be able to upgrade your accademic version. but we cannot tell you the price. We cannot even tell you the features of Live 3.0.
For now we are happy that 2.0 is done...
