Ability to add pick-up measures at beginning of Arrangement.

Logic has this cool little feature where you can drag the timeline at the beginning of the arrangement window backwards from the beginning to add negative measures. The reason why this is awesome is because in music there are things called pick-up measures, by where a melody might start before the downbeat of the song, (like the beginning of "When the Saints Go Marching In"... "Oh when the... downbeat" ) or maybe a one or two bar filter sweep or reverse cymbal will occur before the downbeat to build intensity. I, being a trained musician, would rather not pretend that bar 3 or 5 is actually bar 1 in the arrange page, and have the ability to add negative, or pick-up measures to the actual arrange window itself at the beginning of the arrangement.

Just a small little convenience feature. That is all
