2.0.3: pulldown-list doesn't apprear at the right position

Post by raapie » Sun Mar 09, 2003 7:34 pm

http://www.raapie.nl/bugs/live-pulldown.JPG

I hoped this was solved because of the dual monitor support, but it's not. Please check out the image. For several pulldownlists the content is shown at the middle of the screen instead of the position under the pointer.

It's strange because a lot of things appear in the right position, so this should be easily fixed I think. Here's a list of stuff I found with the wrong positions:

Input and Ouput (for the mixer)

Preset popups for the following effects:
Auto Filter
Filter Delay
Gate
Grain Delay
Ping Pong
Vinyl Distortion
Reverb

From the Preferences tabs:
tab Defaults:
Loop/Warp
Warm Mode

tab Audio:
Input Device
Ouput Device
(or combined as Device when using ASIO)

Routing Master and Pre-Listen

tab MIDI/Sync:
all of the Input Devices
Frame Rate

Good luck solving it! I am a happy user ;-)

I've read in the buglist that it was tested on most Matrox cards. Here's what I used:

WindowsXP SP1
Matrox G400 dualhead

I was using MS certified drivers for my Matrox G400 bu installed newer drivers which are not yet certified (who cares) and it SOLVED the issue. I am happy ;-) Not your fault, it was just a driver problem...

Hi raapie,

sounds still strange enough but always good to hear that a problem is solved "externally" :-)
