Does anyone use Ableton with a Novation Nio interface? Help

Hi,
I've recently bought a condenser microphone. I plug it in in the right XLR input, make sure phantom power is on, and the interface clearly receives the input from the microphone.
However, for some reason my version of Live Lite 8.2.2 is not receiving/processing the microphone. I know it is capable because I run my controller keyboard and guitar through the same interface, but for some reason when I switch over to the other input nothing comes through. Does anyone have any helpful insights?
