"Out of Memory" error :(

Dangit!!

My live set is now around 100 tracks big (I usually have around 10-15 tracks per song), and as soon as i add another song that has around 15 tracks, i get an "out of memory" error and a crash.
I've tried various Live versions from 8.2 on (I'm using a few M4L effects).
All those songs work alone so they are not to blame: it's a memory thing, i guess.
The only way to make that live set load without crashing is to keep my MOTU off, and as soon as i turn it on and select it in Live's audio prefs, i get a crash.
The live set runs very fine, CPU usually going around 25%...35% tops.

My setup:
17" macbook pro - the very latest 2011 model
8GB 1033mhz ram
os x 10.6.7
MOTU Ultralite 1st-gen (firewire)

I'm in a bit of a trouble here as i should be playing live in a week and now i cant make my live set any bigger.

I've also been sending crash reports to [email protected] but i thought i'd share this here, too :?

...and to my horror, searching for the same error gives me several topics, where people tell about their similar issues.

Geez.

I was working on songs for a pretty long time with the intention of starting to play live sets.
Then I bought the very latest 17" Macbook Pro with 8GB ram to be fully equipped.
I was building the live set, and now this.
Supposed to have my first live gig in a week.

Oh shit, man.

I froze and flattened a Kontakt track and some others....that did the trick!
