Massive LFO Synch NOT Synched When Ableton is Recording

Post by Check1-2 » Thu Aug 18, 2011 2:17 am

Anyone have this problem? When ableton is not recording it's spot on. The BPM in Massive changes when I change the BPM in Ableton. Changing from 16th -> 32nd -> 8th and so on, they all go the speed that should be going. But then when I'm set to record into massive, and hit record, that's it! It goes to shit!

Anyone experience this before?? Any ideas? Wish I could fend for myself a little on this but I'm totally new so troubleshooting VST's running then through Ableton on my own is pretty much out for my knowledge level.

Sorry for an obvious question but you do have the latest Massive version/ update which allows mapping of the LFO rate/speed? (Older versions do not allow this)

i have encountered a similar problem, live doesn't seem to trigger massive correctly at the start but then falls into sync, do you have this? i seem to remember seeing a thread about live not triggering the first note properly or something.
