Hey guys, I just have a quick question about MIDI mapping my MPD26 in live. For live sets I have been using Seppes Red Box script for MPD26 with Ableton live 8. Now when setting up this script, I used the Vyzex to map all the specific controls following his instructions. Now this script only takes use of the first bank of pads (Bank A), the transport controls and 5 of the faders. The three remaining banks, the 5th fader and all 6 knobs are still available for mapping. My question is, if I create my live set template (4 audio tracks), and map the remaining 3 pad banks to control when effects are turned on and off, the 5th fader to control my beat repeat rate and the knobs to control various parameters, everytime I open that live set my mappings should be saved correct? If there is any confusion with my question please ask as I want to get this sorted out.
