Had a couple of crashes tonight. :( Win 7, i7...

Will try same set tomorrow with less (no ipad, no novation etc and see how I go).

Set was just coming to a slow halt until the blue circle of death kept spinning and Live became unresponsive.

I wasn't pushing Live to the limit and no M4L plugs were used in set.

Bugger.

Guitar Rig standalone keeps crashing on me. Kore 2 running FM8 and Reaktor are working, along with Stutter Edit. Thats all I can confirm at the moment

So, I worked on same set for 2 hours tonight. No crash. :)
Then, and after I saved as, then tried to open a different project through the 'File' index, 'Open Recent Set' Live crashed.

This used to happen quite often, but has been good for a while.

Vsts in set; several Sylenth tracks, a couple Reaktors, one Alchemy, and Virus Ti x 4 midi, and BazziSM.
Oh.... a couple of 2cAether reverbs few M4L LFOs.

Project is sitting nicely around 35%, and just over 42% max cpu.

Have sent all crash reports.

1. I installed 8.2.5 on Win7 64Bit (i5) and started new Live 8.
Live 8.2.5 loaded default template and was running fine! OK -> No Problem!

2. I opened my last Project -> Live 8.2.5 crashed with a C++ error!
My whole Win7 was completely frozen! I had to reset the computer!

3. After reboot I tried several times to start Live 8.2.5 (without my last Project!)
-> Lives crashes all the time! (C++ Error)

4. All old Live 8.x versions start up but not the 8.2.5!

5. I uninstalled Live 8.2.5., rebooted, deleted the folder "8.2.5" under
C:\Users\username\AppData\...\Ableton..., reinstalled.

-> Lives 8.2.5. crashes always on startup!

What shall I do to repair it?
Please help!!!

(I sent crash-report two days ago)

Dunno if anyone experiences the same, but version 8.2.5 crashes more then ever here on a mac pro 3.2.Quad-core Xeon SL 10.8.6.
Opening plugin windows crashes frequently. First I thought it was one plugin (Waldorf Largo) that causes it, but it seems more plugs causing the same crash...
Since last night I had more than 5 crashes happening...all bug reports sent.
I had high hopes for this version...when are we finally getting a stable version, this is insane !!!

Have no issues at all with Lion from the day one, except Live- even then I kept using it without midi controller, now it is all working perfectly. Since I trashed Amplitube for good, over a year ago, no crashes at all.

So,
After using Live 8.2.5, it seems that I am having difficulty shutting down Win 7. 8O

Happened 3 times yesterday. Never happened before this.

I have gone back to 8.2.2 just to find out if 8.2.5 was the cause of this issue.

I'm sorta hoping this is not driver/hardware related. I have not changed anything else on my system last few days.

Will keep testing and report back.

Hmmm...after reading some compatibility issues with soundtoys plugs, i think I'll wait a bit.
I think I found the cause of my crashes...its Gladiator 2 .
Anyone has the same ?
