yeah, for sure he's not banned.. c'mon, he's one of the people beta testing Live 9 right now.. he actually told me that Live has taken so long because they decided to do a total rewrite of the program to support 128 Bit operating systems and to fully take advantage of the upcoming octa-core Intel chips..
