Sample rate issues in live

Post by wickles » Tue Oct 25, 2011 7:18 pm

Hello everyone,
so glad to be on the ableton forum. My problem is a very strange one, but first things first.
I have a 21.5" iMac 3.0ghz core 2 duo, Motu Ultralite, running live 8.1 i think, with Native Instruments Komplete 7, and some waves plugs.

I have been working on a tune for a client, and when i went to bounce the stereo file it sounded slowed down quite a bit. Clearly a sample rate issue. What is confusing is that when i play back in live with live set to 44.1 and the motu set to 48 everything sounds right, but that does not translate in the export. I guess somehow the motu ended up at 48 and live at 44.1 somehow.

I managed to resample the file in logics audio bin using the copy/convert command. But it took me three tries to get it right. And i still have to track more vocals on this project so a solution would be great. Is there anyway to change lives sample rate for the project so it sounds right with the motu set to 44.1?

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Thanks in advance.
