For example: I will design a sound in Massive or Sylenth and then when i load the session on my other computer it just plays the default sound

I just switched from Pro Tools to Ableton. I love it - except for one thing. I use it on my lap top when i travel and when I try to open the sessions on my studio computer all of my third party plug-ins go back to the default settings!!!
