Imho - Live 7 not compatible with Lion...

Bummer but..You need to update to 8.25 minimum:
From Abes release notes--
Live 8.2.5 notes
Live 8.2.5 introduces compatibility with Mac OS X 10.7 Lion.
2.8ghz Quad Mac, Live 9.77, Remote25, Maschine 1, Fa-66 optical link, Samson 65a. Dog hair.. lots.
