ROLAND SPACE ECHO RE-20 BYPASS?

Post by yup yup » Wed Nov 30, 2011 6:46 am

Thinking about picking up one of these as a master effect. I have heard a couple of complaints regarding colouration of the signal when the pedal is bypassed. Any thoughts/experience on this?

It's not true bypass and Boss pedals have always degraded the signal from my experience.

Get the Strymon el Capistan instead...

Yeah it's meant to be first in the chain of stereo effects. Forgot about that... Amazing pedal for mono devices though. Too bad they didn't sub the favorites input for a stereo in.

Boss products are great when you don't care about your audio, I have a dd-7 then when you plug it before a guitar amp, you notice your guitar has lost all of its' life.
