IPad with Animoog
IPad with Animoog
This is a great app - Animoog.
In some ways it feels better than the real thing as you sense the sound changing with your finger movement. The visual feedback is fantastic.
The audio quality is amazing.
Highly recommended.

I just have to figure out how to use it to make anything else than noise
Re: IPad with Animoog
I agree the Animoog is sensational. One of the most inspiring synths I've ever played.

^^
At the moment I just use the headphone output into my audio interface. But I was looking into the possibilities to use the digital output of the iPad! So I am also very curious if you have any recommendations for this...

Unfortunately the Apple TV device I'm using (and into a receiver from there) is not playing back audio properly (breaks up).

The Camera Connection Kit can output digital audio, and supposedly you'd plug it into some sort of DAC.
