Want pet jellyfish?

Here you go

Have to admit that's a pet option I never thought of before and there's something really soothing and/or evil mastermind about it.

If I wasn't potentially moving in a couple months I'd be enjoying pet jellyfish this weekend. :x

Just based on assumption I don't think they would do well during a move.

The jellyfish absorb and display the color of the light on them. So...close enough?

Noice but does it bother them?

I would hate to make them unhappy :(

I had a saltwater tank once and it took me a few months just to stabilize the water before i was really able to add real fish and corals. Fast forward a year and i see jelly fish at the store so i bought one. Hella cool and just very soothing. That is until it got sucked in by the powerhead (pump to give current) and got spit out all over the tank, releasing the toxins the jelly fish had and killing all my fish and corals.

Sounds like a terrorist attack. :x

It looks like the people at that site designed everything so as to avoid such a scenario and it's not suggesting you just toss their jellyfish in just any existing tank you might have.

Also they send you all the tank stuff first so you can get everything set up properly and then you order the jellyfish. Seems like an attempted failsafe so you don't just dump them in thinking it's good enough after 10 minutes of just circulating the water.
