Fart into a microphone and record it, then map that to your keyboard. Then filter the fart and add an lfo for wobble. For more skrillex effect find some super popular youtube videos and steal samples from them while claiming that anyone who isn't impressed by your filter fart music is a hater. Then watch everyone facepalm.

Wow that's some really constructive advice, well done. You must have graduated from the University of Helpful I assume?

Seriously though, using a fart in Sampler makes for killer wobble material.

I legit was not expecting that haha, even with the intro to the track, or...sample, demo, whatever you want to call it.

really sick, can't wait to try it out myself. any idea how to make it sound like this on any sound by just the turn of a knob on say the nanokontrol?

I edited the beginning (first 10 seconds) of OP's .als to make it a bit screamier.

I think with dubstep it really comes to being creative in where you place your LFOs, and use of effects. They Yoy tutorial I have posted below gave me an idea that could be done with redux I'd never thought of.

Here are a couple of ideas:

Dubstep Yoy Vocalish Bassline
Dirty Dubstep Bassline and Integrating Different Basslines

This is something I put together with Analog. Using the hard sync and formant filters gives some similar vowel like bass screams, and I really like Analog's filter distortion too. I've combined it with Redux and Saturator linked to macros to try and emulate that hard edge scream. It will take some tweaking to get the right sound but there is a lot of potential in it. I think a good way to use it would be through resampling or lots of automation.

Great job! I just gave it a quick play, and amended it to have a bit more low end by adding an instance of Operator in the chain here: http://goo.gl/jBNo2

I was gonna suggest adding another synth for sub, it does start to thin out as you add sync and effects.
