YAMAHA MOX8 SOUNDS IN ABLETON

I recently made a track with a sound from my piano (Yamaha MOX8)and am trying to make it an mp3.. but when i do it it wont export the sound that u used from my piano.. i was wondering if there is any way i could somehow take to sound from my piano and put it onto my laptop so i can have the sound even when im not connected to the piano or am trying to make an mp3

connect an audio cable between your keyboard's audio output and your computer's audio input.

record audio.

export file as .wav

convert file to mp3 using iTunes.
